Looking at 2022 vs 2023, I think I messed up my 2022 taxes (I used turbo tax last year).Can I pay for the 'have an expert do it' and review my 2022 taxes?

Sorry--no. The "live" experts do not help with past year returns. They only help prepare current year---2023--returns. They will not review a 2022 return. You can print them both out and compare 2022 and 2023 next to each other--line by line--- to see what is different and ask questions here.
