MA Schedule INC in paper form

Is it possible to pull/create a 2022 Schedule INC for a MA tax return?

I need to amend my 2022 return filed originally in paper form by my CPA unfortunately with a couple of mistakes. It appears that a Schedule INC is required, but it isn't a form by the MA DOR - I understand it's typically created with the tax preparation software. Since the initial filing wasn't through me, I cannot amend on MassTaxConnect. I don't have TurboTax for 2022, and the case will be difficult to represent there from what I understand.

Can I simply 'create' my own Schedule INC by writing it out in an excel sheet?

Yes. There are many worksheets that are created working on a tax return but only the forms the government entity wants are filed with the return. All of the required MA forms for 2022 are here including the instructions for amending that are part of the regular instruction booklet, on page 9.
