Made An error on return info

In filing my return I received an error code for box 12 on my 1099-R. In trying to correct the error I mistakenly enter wrong numbers and now the return completely changed. In trying to correct it, I am not able to get back to my original file return. I already printed my return, but I can not efile it. Can anyone help this problem, I'm on hold with Turo Tax for more than an hour noe.

Use the Chrome browser and clear it of browsing data first.

Click the three dots in the upper right corner
Select Settings

Privacy and Security

Clear browser data for all time

Insert clear browser pic

Then sign in to TurboTax on the Chrome browser
Go to Tax Tools, Tools, Delete a Form and delete your 1099-R
Go though TurboTax and delete the 1099-R entry if it is still there

Then re-enter the 1099-R correctly.

Box 12 can be a problem with a 1099-R.

Sometimes, there is a number in box 12, and box 14 is blank, that will cause an error, because the tax withheld from a distribution can't be more than the distribution. If this is the case, fill in box 12 and 13 as they are on the 1099-R form, and enter the number from box 2a in box 14.
