Major changes in taxes this year is there a way to talk with a person from turbo tax?

This year seems to be a big jump for my family. We made a little more money than last year but this year with not a lot changing we now owe money back. Does Turbo tax have people that we can actually talk with?

You can purchase additional assistance with filing, but have you taken into account any Advance Child Tax Credit payments you may have received? Those payments may have lowered your refund. Or do you have any children that have turned 18 so you lost credit for them?
