Good afternoon,

On top of my job from last year, I also was doing the reserves. When I submitted my W2 it kept telling me it needed to be reviewed, and that I now owe $217. I am trying to make sure I didn't mess anything up or miss something.

When you add additional income, it increases taxable income and if not enough withholding you will have a balance due. I suggest you run the Federal review to see if there are any identifiable errors.

It is near to impossible to determine if you did anything wrong but the Federal review will pick up errors. Just be sure you entered your 2 W-2s correct.
