Question

married and live together but one of us work in other state. can we file MFJ?

both of us has GA driver liscense and resident address is in GA, but my husband drives one hour to other state for work . 

If I work in GA and he works in SC,  two different states but we live together...can we file MFJ ? and which product should we use this year?

Yes, you can file MFJ and you should... as it is generally the most beneficial filing status. Both states, SC and GA require the same filing status used on the federal return, so you would just carry the same status on the state returns. Both of you would file GA resident state and your spouse would file Non-resident state for SC. Be sure to file nonresident state first, then the resident one - it will allow you to get a credit for taxes paid to another state on your GA tax return.
