Married but only one income, do we file jointly and do not enter a W2 for the one not working?

Yes, unless you have a compelling reason for using the Married Filing Separately status, then Married Filing Jointly is usually more beneficial.  You can file jointly even if one spouse has no income.

Just enter the W-2 for the working spouse; TurboTax will double-check and ask you whose W-2 you're entering.  If the non-working spouse has no income, then there's nothing to enter.
