Mass letter says I didn't file. The e-file for 2017 was rejected. No email. Mass did say the $7778 owed was received. Now what?
I used the premium online service for 2107. I think it was about $300 and provided much needed advice and guidance. I didn't notice that the Mass return was rejected. I don't have any code as to why and didn't receive any email. I am quite good at saving important email as pdf's so I am reasonable sure I didn't get one.
