For non-resident and work outside of Massachusetts (remote work for Mass company), is disqualified disposition from ESPP the Massachusetts resource income?
See page 5 for MA income in the 2024 Form 1-NR/PY Instructions to verify your situation. If your w2 compensation was not from MA activity, then it is not MA income.
