Hello,  My tax return has a "Election Out of Qualified Economic Stimulus Property" Form.  Form states that it must be attached to my return.  I also have a Section 1.263(a)-1(f) De Minimis Safe Harbor Election Statement and it states it must be attach to my return.  Plus, I have a "Rental Real Estate Enterprise Statement, Section 199A", QBI, that must be signed.

Do I have to mail my return?  Thanks.

    No

interview questions are asked and your answers determine those options.

You should see that no Section 179 deduction nor Bonus depreciation was taken on assets placed in service by looking at Form 4562 and your Depreciation and Amortization report.

The items you choose to expense should show as expenses on your Schedule E.

Your return should also include Form 199A for the QBI.

You needn't mail the return nor any of these additional forms. They will be included with the e-filed package.
