Me and my husband worked the same branch, location and hours. It's accepting my W2 but not his. As if "duplicate"

This is a safeguard to prevent duplicate entries.  There is a workaround for it.

Log into TurboTax.

1. Select Wages & Income
2. Select the W-2 input section.
3. If you’ve already posted documents they will appear at the top. 
4. You can change existing entries with the [Review] button.
5. If you can't edit the record, delete it using the trash can on the right.
6. You can Add a W-2 by selecting the person that the W-2 is for, from the bottom of the list.
7. [+ Add a W-2 for XXXX]

Now, Repost, or edit your husbands W-2.

• Make everything exactly the same except:
• Add $1 to boxes 1, 3, and 5
• This will not effect any of your taxes
• It will make your husbands W-2 different from yours.
