My wife and I both receive Medicare Waiver payments for the care of a disabled daughter. This year the agency that administers those payments included payments in box 1 as well as box 12 (code II) . This is the first year they have included anything in box 12. So how do I report the amount in box 1 as exempt from taxation in Turbotax?
