Merrill Lynch Benefits no updating on Mint

Hello,

My Merrill Lynch Benefits account is not updating on Mint. I am able to log into the account but all of the accounts show zero balance, which I know is not correct.

Please help.

Mint chat has been unavailable now for days. I get the following message: Chat is unavailable at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience, please note you can find other contact options at intuit.com/support

Do you know if Mint has a forum like TurboTax? I know they used to, but I can no longer find it.

Mint chat seems to be available now. Maybe they closed down over the holiday weekend. (I know it says seven days a week, but maybe this was an exception.)
