I did my taxes on 02/06/23 and received a notice that the state form was rejected because there was a part missing. I was instructed to complete the tax for the state on or after the 9th of February. I returned and did the State tax again including the missing form and submitted it for filing. Since then I have received two notices to return and finish my taxes. I have received my Federal refund, but I don't know if the state return was actually filed.
