missing activation code
I purchased a CD copy of turbo tax premier for 2023. I did this early for the cost savings but did not realize the CD says the activation code is on my receipt. Of course, I don't have the receipt. Called customer service and they were not aware of versions that don't include the activation code. This sucks as I will probably have to buy another copy. I have been using turbo tax for 15 years and never had this issue, why would they not include an activation code!
