Missing details in Turbotax after importing from a financial institution

I downloaded a 1099 from a financial institution when it became available about 2 weeks ago. The same financial institution finished up with a different1099 and I download it, making sure to not download the document I had from 2 weeks ago. The document I downloaded from 2 weeks ago did NOT show up as part of my taxes when I went to look through all my 1099-DIV and 1099-INT documents, while the more recent one did. It seems there is a bug in this year's Turbotax.
