Missing form W-3?

I just realized form W-3 was missing (I am using Gusto for payroll service).

Is filing form W-3 not required under certain condition?

The W-3 is the Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements, if you e-filed you do not send one separately, the information is included in your e-file.

You mean e-filed the tax return or e-filed the W-2?

E-filed the tax return. When you e-file your return using TurboTax, your W-2 information is sent along electronically with your tax return.
