missing info on submitted return after update

i submitted my return for federal electronically and my state via mail. after a recent update from intuit, i went back to actually print my return after submission and my federal return dropped my gambling winnings and federal and state withholdings plus deleted my state return. my federal return in my software is showing a smaller refund amount because of the lack of income and withholdings missing from the gambling winning. how can an update change my submitted files??? better yet, how can i fix my software to match my submission???

I'm not sure how that happened, but it is possible the tax file in your computer got corrupted. If you don't have a backup copy of the tax file, you would have to re-enter the missing information to put the return back into the state it was when you filed it.
