Missing order/receipt details

Yesterday I was told my order for the 5 day early deposit could not be completed. I have my 846 and WMR also says refund sent. My DD 2-24 and I bank with discover bank. Okay well after calling in a few times I still never got any clarification on the matter. Basically I just wanted to know since new river bank or w/e they are called the bank that would have taken the $25 fee for 5 day early deposit since they could not deposit it early, I wanted where did my funds get sent back to? I know it was not Santa Barbara because aside from the $25 early deposit fee I paid all fees upfront, so where did my fund bounce back to??? Now here is the other concern as of an hour ago, under my receipt like where it shows what I paid to file my taxes through TT it is acting like there is no history or receipt now! Up until an hour ago I was able to see my fees I paid to turbo tax $83 as well as the $25 which of course said pending since it could not be completed …..

If you elected to receive your refund 5 day early, you should receive it 5 days earlier than the date you see on Where's My Refund. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. Due to the PATH Act, the IRS is required to hold refunds for customers with the CTC and EITC until March 3.

Once the IRS processes your tax return and provides an issue date for the refund on the IRS refund site, you will count back five days from that date.

If you do not receive your refund five days earlier than the date on the IRS refund site, you will not be charged the $25 fee..

You can review your fees in TurboTax online as follows:

Go to the left side of your screen under "Tax Home"
Go to "Tax Tools" then "Tools"
The "Tools Center" Box will pop up
Click on "My Fees" to see a summary of your Turbo Tax Fees.

Your screens will look something like this:

Hello thank you for responding, but I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but the part where you’re saying they hold refunds until March 3 for people on path is very incorrect. As thousands of people who were on path already got their funds in their bank yesterday and many of us who got our 846 code as well as WMR did update already to funds being sent. I do apologize, but it concerns me a little bit to take advice from somebody who’s giving me an incorrect date. Also the instructions that were given to me to find my receipt for the fees. I paid the TurboTax, which, as I mentioned earlier was showing on my dashboard until a couple of hours ago when it just randomly disappeared, those steps you gave me does not show me my receipt. I am still seeing the message that I have no records, but thank you for Attempting to answer my question. This is exactly why I will never use TurboTax again because the answers from the tax specialist are completely all over the place. Some of them might be right, but most of them are being made up and that’s a real shame

If the deposit can't be made into the bank account, it typically reverts to a check to be sent to the address on file.

I'm having the same issue ! Did they tell you where the money went ! I'm definitely not filing with turbo tax next year ! This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been filing with them for the last 7 years but after this .:: I'm done. I can't see my order details and I can't get anyone to give me a direct answer on my money

Unfortunately, no, I have still not got anything, and I still cannot find out where those funds got sent to. I have spent the last two days on the phone with TurboTax, Cross River Bank, and Santa Barbara bank. I am scared to death because not one of those places can tell me a straight answer nor can they tell me where the funds are at so how do I really know they’re going to be there Monday? TT also cannot tell me why my order details have disappeared, at this point it just looks like I never paid for a service with them. I find it really odd that my order details disappeared right after I got an email, officially letting me know they could not fulfill the five day early deposit.

That happened to me as well. Then they put it DD date for the 21st the same day. I have no info in sbtg or whatever that is and now there isn’t even the option to chat with a real person or get them on the phone. This is a whole mess

Same happening with me as well. Kept calling they would say oh it’s being mailed , then they said we can’t see any of your info , then I was told it will be deposited on Monday so I don’t know what to believe and no one can confirm anything for me

My stuff back pending ..... still no receipt . My information on the IRS website hasn't changed. But this is some real BS. Money going from bank to bank but not my **bleep**ing. Bank account: turbo tax really has pissed me tf off

Yes , went from est delivery date of 2-19 back to pending . Still no receipt to show a transaction. So im

assuming they are reprocessing everything . IRS website still says 2/24 though. I better have my money today. Period.

Yeah from what I heard, when it goes from refund delivery “est date ____ ” to pending. That means our money is on the way. So fingers crossed🤞we get it here soon. Some have gotten it hours after it updated and some got it later in the day.
