Missing TurboTax downloads form account

I paid for TurboTax last November as shown below, but my account shows no available downloads.

What is the issue here? I could always log into my account and see all downloads from several years - now I see nothing. When I entered the License code, it disables the the Win version for download.

Please correct ASAP.
