Mistakenly ordered two copies of TTax Premier for 2017 only need one copy order QSTW17841562239. Can you credit my account for the extra copy?

You can never get thru on the phones ... put in an online refund request ...

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed (or Guaranteed Easy) policy says that if you're not satisfied with your TurboTax software, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (see the Intuit Software End User License Agreement for the fine print, about 2/3 of the way down the page - Section B, Additional Terms and Conditions, point #6).

To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form.

They might not be able to use the refund website if the order number includes two items....?

I can't download software because My internet is very slow. Two software packages arrived in the mail today. I only need one CD. How do I return the extra copy?
