Mom mother is my dependant and she did not get the second stimulus check. How do I file to get that

Economic Impact Payments were based on your 2019 tax year information.

The Recovery Rebate Credit is similar except that the eligibility and the amount are based on 2020 information you include on your 2020 tax return. 

 

Your mother was not eligible for the second stimulus payment if you claimed her in 2019, but she may be able to qualify for the Recovery Rebate Payment if you do not claim her in 2020.  However, you cannot claim her as a dependent and get her Recovery Rebate Payment.
