That is too vague--we do not now what you are trying to do.  Transfer money from WHERE to your bank account?  This is not live chat.  We need complete sentences and complete questions from users who want help.

    Funds cannot be transferred to your bank account. You can make ATM withdrawals and deposit the funds from there.
