More money charged from turbotax

Why was I first charged a $130 to file my taxes, when I chose the free filing. Then about 2 weeks later I was charged a $165 which then I sent through my taxes and now come to find out they took out a $175 so far. Has anybody else experienced this?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Yes, I too was overcharged! Advertise for free but it is not! I make under $25K so it should be free.I only add my w2 info, and school loan interest amt,thats it. I was charged $170, for what??? I am not using Turbo any longer, I'm doing al the work here and you ar etaking a bunch of money!! its a total rip off!!!
