Mortgage Interest

In the Home Loan deduction summary.

 

I live at my current residents. 

 

I see the entry in turbotax for first mortgage interest.  However, I don't see where to claim the interest for the second mortgage (equity loan).  Please help

Here is how you can add an additional 1098 (Mortgage Interest Statement) to your TurboTax data by following these steps:

  1. While in your Tax Home,
  2. Select Search on the upper right hand side of your screen,
  3. Enter 1098,
  4. Select Jump to 1098,
  5. Select  Add another 1098 from the bottom right of your screen.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
