I am retired and living on SS. This year I moved from Colo to MD. What expenses can I take off my income taxes. Truck cost, moving company, car transport, gas, lodging etc.

None.  Those are personal expenses and not deductible.

As VolvoGirl noted correctly, personal moving expenses are no longer deductible since the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act of 2017. The only exception would be for active duty military, but since you noted you are retired, that wouldn't apply to you.

One other point - you mentioned you are "living on SS". If your only income is from Social Security, you likely have no tax liability and don't even need to file an income tax return any longer.
