Multiple TurboTax Accounts License Registration Error

I have two Intuit TurboTax Accounts. One account for personal use, the other for business use. Each year I register TurboTax Premier to my Intuit personal account and TurboTax Business to my Intuit business. For 2025, I registered Turbo Tax Premier to my Intuit personal account. However, when I installed Turbo Tax Business, I was accidentally signed into my Intuit personal account. I did not fill out the registration info for Turbo Tax Business, but did use the product license code to complete the installation. I have not yet entered any information in TurboTax Business. Is there any way for me to switch the TurboTax Business license to my Intuit TurboTax business account?
