Multiple w2 forms from same employer with different box 1 info. Turbotax will not let me move forward to file?

Why did you get 2 W-2s? Did you enter both of them?

Is one a W2-C? If so, you should only enter the W-2C and delete the original.

Do each of them report different income? If so, then combine them, add the numbers in each box up (box 1+box1) and enter them as a single W-2.
