MY 1099-div has company paid fees $0.90, and Company paid service charges $0.01 - what do I do?

can I ignore this small amount?

for investors, these are non-deductible investment expenses for federal purposes.

do I add them or subtract them from the $12 dividend?

There doesn't seem to be a place in the Turbotax page to do anything.
