My 14 year old daughter has a w2 this year and we still claim her. do we file hers seperately

Yes.  However, she may not need to file a return.  The filing requirement for a dependent for W2 income means she would have to have earned over $6,300 before it is necessary to file a return.

Of course, if the employer withheld federal or state tax, then you would want to file a return to receive that withholding back regardless of the amount earned.  You should make a separate account for her (she will almost certainly qualify for the Free Edition) as you cannot use the same online account to file two tax returns.
