My 19 year old daughter who resides with provides childcare for my son can I claim this on my taxes being I pay her?

Yes, you can, as long as your daughter isn't your dependent. You will have to report her name and Social Security number to claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit.

 

She in turn will have to file a tax return, and report the income and pay taxes on it. Follow this link for more details.
