My 2016 Taxes for the state didn't go through. The federal did, and you sent me a e-mail to get in touch so we could get this problem fixed.

It sounds like your State return has been rejected due to some type of error in your return.In the e-mail we sent you regarding the rejection there should be a error code or reason stating what caused your rejection.

You would then go back into your account and correct the error and submit the return for e-file again.Without knowing what the exact rejection code was it is hard to give you specific instructions on exactly how to correct it.
