1) For TTX 2017 tax files, if you have the forms in your Online account, you can only print them out and file them by mail now.  No e-filing allowed for a long-past due tax filing.

2)  If the reason for the rejection was just that you did not enter your proper AGI, You could just print out your file form your Online account, and mail in just the filing sheets with a copy of your W-2 and any other tax forms that show tax withholding on them.  State and Federal tax forms go to different places...and use a tracking method at the Post Office counter when you mail them in.    If rejected for for some reason that can quickly be corrected with a pen...like a mis-entered name or SSN...you can also do this and just correct it on the filing sheets before mailing.

3)  If you have to make actual significant changes to the tax forms, then you will have to use the full desktop to complete your tax filing.   AFTER downloading and installing it and the state you need on your home computer (Full MAC or Windows computers only) you would download your .tax2017 datafile, open that file to make the changes need, then print the forms out and mail them in.

4) You want to talk to someone on the phone?  Here's how to get a phone number...weekdays only:
