My 2018 1099-DIV has the Payers Federal identification number as all zeros!!! Turbo Tax will not let me e-file unless I correct it???

If you enter the 1099DIV, there is not even a spot for a payer's ID. Here's how to fix this:

Federal
Income
Interest & Dividends
Dividends on 1099-Div...update
Delete the problem one (see screenshot)
On the same page Add a Payer
I'll type it myself...enter institution as received from

I downloaded this directly from internet & it entered the FEIN. I deleted the direct download & manually entered it without the FEIN. Thank-you!
