Hi all, really need your urgent help on next step:

1 today I finished e-file with Turbo Tax for both 2018 Federal/State returns, and entered AGI from previous year

2. then I received message that both rejected due to previous year AGI not correct

3. When I further review the 2017 returns with AGI listed, I realized only state return was accepted at the time, 2017 Federal was rejected.

Could some one help me how to proceed with 2018 returns rejection? Turbo tax asks me to enter correct 2017 AGI again.

or if I need to refile both 2017/2018, how to extend filing period? this option seems not visible from the program anymore.

Since your 2017 Federal return was rejected, to e-file your 2018 return, try entering a zero.

You should printout your 2017 Federal return & mail it in.  You will not be able to e-file your 2017 return.

How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

If you used the Desktop version (CD/Download) for your 2017 return, open the 2017 program & print your return to file by mail.
