My 2023 return was rejected, I am not sure who to Re-submit this and efile again

A 2023 tax return can no longer be e-filed.  You will have to print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2023 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Go to this IRS website for the address on where to mail the federal tax return, by state, with and without a tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

Include with the mailed tax return all 2023 forms W-2 and Form 1099 which have taxes withheld.
