Question
My 2023 tax return says rejected. TurboTax AI Help tells me to click on "fix my return", but there is no link for that. I want to speak to a representative. I'm stuck.
I can't find a link to fix it, I can't seem to open last year's return to look at it. The AI chatbot is caught in a loop when i try to get a live person to assist me. I"m stuck, frustrated, and don't know how to break out of this mess. Any help would be appreciated.
