My 2023 TurboTax Premier seems unable to use data from my 2022 tax return filed with TurboTax Home&Business

My 2023 Premier continues to ask me for information about me, my investments, and last year's return.  I used TT Home & Business for my 2022 return.  Is my 2023 Premier incapable of accessing the 2022 return's data???

You were supposed to transfer your 2022 tax file in to 2023 at the very beginning---before you entered any new data for 2023.  Did you do that?   If not, and you want the 2022 information to transfer, you will have to start over from the very beginng.  You cannot transfer once you start putting in 2023 data.

Thanks for the response.  When I first started my 2023 TT and after I downloaded and installed the updates, it did not offer any connection to my 2022 return.

The next morning when I re-opened the 2023 TT, there was ANOTHER update available, which apparently was needed to draw data from my 2022 TT.  So I deleted my 2023 tax file and started over.  It's working fine now.
