Solved

My 31 yr old son lives with me. He has not work for a couple of years until 2016. He earned $13,000. Can I be the head of household when I file my taxes ? Thank you

No, your son earned too much to be claimed as your dependent, so unless you have a different qualifying relative to claim as a dependent, you cannot file as Head of Household.  Your son earned over the $4050 limit for you to claim him.
