Question

My 36 y/o son is filing first return. AS I is risk income, not taxable and State sends no form. How do I file, he is not a dependant?

He needs to file for stimulus payment.

If your son qualifies for a stimulus payment and is not required to file a tax return, and does not receive Social Security income, he can e-file his IRS registration for free with TurboTax to receive his stimulus payment with our Stimulus Registration for non-filers.
