My account is deactivated. I am not able to sign in. I am not able to find my tax returns

I filed my tax returns using online Turbo tax. But surprisingly, my account is now deactivated and I am not able to access my account.

You can do Account Recovery to gain access with Turbo Tax. Please see below on how to do this:
