To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on Intuit Account in the lower left corner of the online program screen.

If you are looking at a forum thread that mentions "My Account", that implies it is an old thread that transferred into this new forum (even though it may have been given a new date during the transfer.) The "My Account" button was eliminated about 3 years ago when the website was redesigned.
