My AGI keeps getting rejected , the AGI from 2018 doesn’t match what ever the IRS has on file and

You didn't finish your question.  The title line has limited space, so it was cut off, and we don't know what the "and" is.

If you filed the 2018 return real late in the year, such as mid-November 2019 or later, use an AGI of 0.

 

Be sure you use the 2018 AGI from the original 2018 return, not an amended one (if applicable.)
