My app was originally rejected because I forgot my pin, I corrected that. Now today I got it back again and I have no idea why...Please...Please help

I investigated further and discovered I accidently went back too far when I destroyed my pin numbers for fraud protection. Instead of going back to 2017 I shredded my 2020 Pin. I need t0o know exactly how I can get a new pin, expedited and then finish off my refund. Thank You for getting back and looking forward to hearing from you very soon. [removed]
