Question

My bank account wouldn't accept the refund because it wasnt set up for 3rd party deposits. How can I have irs resubmit? I can't reach them.

Sorry---if your bank rejected the direct deposit then the refund went back to the IRS.   The IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address on your tax return.   

 

Or.....if you were having TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund there is another complication since a third party bank is involved.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
