I type in my bank's name and nothing shows up

Yes, if your payer isn't listed as an import partner, you can still enter your information in TurboTax, it's just a little more effort.

Here's how to do it manually:

On the screen Let's import your tax info, scroll to the bottom and select Change how I enter my form.
The next screen will show you additional options for importing your form.
You can select one, or scroll to the bottom and select Type it in myself.
Either way, follow the on-screen instructions to enter your form.
