I made $9.24 in interest and the bonk won't provide a 1099 INT if your interest in under $10 , how do I report the interest on my taxes ? I can't file til I know !

Just enter the number on your return.  You would not have to submit the 1099 with your tax return unless there was withholding.

If you don't get a 1099-int then you don't need to report it - it probably won't make any difference anyway. However, if you want to include, it would go under 1099-misc income  as 'interest less than $10' item. But this is not really necessary.
