If you ordered a download of the software, have a valid order and payment, then sign onto your download account using the exact same user ID that you used to purchase the software - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download
If you are unable to access your order or requested a CD of the software, then contact TurboTax support for assistance. Support is closed on the weekends after tax season.
