Question

My CT 2023 tax refund was withheld and applied to an existing lien. In my divorce my husband agreed to pay this - where can I find the specifics (year etc)?

I got him to pay my Federal refund of $429 & am trying to get him to pay my CT refund of $150. Where can I find lien/liability year?

You should receive a letter from the Connecticut Department of Revenue. On that letter, it will show what tax year the payment is being applied to. It should also provide contact information for any questions you may have.
