My dad and mom lives with me Dad received 1099-R. Do I claim this income on my taxes if he and my mom are dependents over 80? The amount was $11,151 in box 1&2

No, you would never include their, or anyone else's income on your return, with the exception of a spouse.

 

If that is their only income, they are not required to file. They are under the filing requirement.

 

However, if there was any withholding, the only way to recover it is to file a return.
